why do you have the year end championship be the second tourney which has shorter blind levels, which in essence brings more luck into the equation. The year end championship should be the first tourney with longer blind levels, or for that one night keep blinds at 30 minutes for 2nd tourney too.

The blind levels were the same in both tourneys.

my bad, I thought the second tourney had only 15 minute levels. Darn, I thought I had an excuse, but I guess it goes back to the big problem. I just plain suck at poker.

PP does have a point. I vote next year we do one monster tourney for 2x money in December.

Double all blinds....

I have not problem with that. It would be a more fitting to have a bigger game for the championship.

I have been in and hosted a few where the first game is just a quick warm up awarding buy ins to the second bigger game. I would be up for that or one big game with double the money.

I am not part of the core team but give my input since I am willing to take the money.
